Live, remote, and built around what you make in the room.
These courses were designed for remote delivery from the start. Nothing is a recorded lecture reheated for a webinar, and nothing requires you to be anywhere in particular.
Everything runs on Zoom
Every session is live and online. There is no campus, no commute, and no in-person requirement. You need a laptop or tablet, a browser, and a working internet connection.
Two hours a week, split in half
Each weekly topic is taught across two connected one-hour meetings. Short enough to fit a workday, spaced so the practice between them actually sticks.
Build during the session
Every meeting combines a short demonstration, guided practice, and one concrete result. Screen sharing and breakout rooms carry the small-group critique.
Neuro-accessible by design
Multimodal instruction: concise demonstration, visual explanation, guided discussion, individual building, and hands-on production. Sessions are recorded for the cohort.

Are any of these courses held in person?
No. Every course on this page is delivered live online over Zoom, with screen sharing and breakout rooms. There is no campus attendance, no travel, and no in-person option. The AI Master Class, when it opens, will be fully self-paced online.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. None of the three live courses require programming experience. Mind Your Own AI Business is the most technical of the three — it covers context, tokens, memory, reusable skills, and tool access — but it stays applied and does not require traditional programming.
Which course should I start with?
If AI still feels uncertain or uncomfortable, start with Me, Myself and AI. If you want practical wins across work and daily life, take AI, Set, Go. If you already use AI conversationally and want to build assistants, tools, and workflows for a business, take Mind Your Own AI Business.
What AI account do I need?
An account with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or a comparable system. A free plan is enough for the core exercises in Me, Myself and AI. A paid plan is preferred for AI, Set, Go and Mind Your Own AI Business because it generally provides higher usage limits and access to image, memory, file, and scheduling features.
Are the sessions recorded?
Yes. Recordings are shared with the cohort so you can catch up on a session you miss or revisit a demonstration while you build.
Is there a grade or a certificate?
These are not-for-credit courses. Learning is evaluated through completion, demonstration, and instructor review of practical work rather than tests or grades. You finish with the artifacts you built, not a transcript.
How large is a cohort?
Me, Myself and AI is capped at 20 seats to keep discussion workable. AI, Set, Go and Mind Your Own AI Business run up to 50 seats online.
